Trang C. Pham

Trang C. Pham is a Partner with Fellman & Associates, concentrating her legal practice primarily in workers' compensation defense. Ms. Pham has additional experience in criminal law.

Ms. Pham received her bachelor's degree cum laude in English from the University of California in Los Angeles and obtained her law degree in 1998.

​

During law school, Ms. Pham worked at the District Attorney's Office of Los Angeles County to complement her education in law. Upon receiving her law degree, Ms. Pham handled criminal procedure and evidentiary issues while working at Chase & Weiss in 1998. She then worked for Palmer & Tran, LLP, from 1998 - 2000, handling civil litigation matters and specializing her practice in worker's compensation as a representative for injured workers in a predominantly Vietnamese immigrant population. Ms. Pham is fluent in Vietnamese and has counseled clients using her language skills in this capacity. Ms. Pham then worked for Dale, Braden, & Hinchcliffe from 2000 - 2002, where her workers' compensation practice extended to the defense side. She has continued this practice with Fellman & Associates up to the present time.

Ms. Pham is admitted to practice in the state of California and is a certified specialist in Workers' Compensation. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District in California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
